The 'Big R'

This is a positive 'strengths-based' approach to reflection which encourages you to identify and amplify your professional achievements and successes. The exercise consists of answering 4 questions, the last one of which prompts you to identify implications for future action. (The 'R' stands for 'reflection' of course.)
Reflect on the following questions and write down your answers:
What are you successful at right now? (Appreciation)
What needs to change to improve further? (Imagination)
What might the changes look like? (Design)
What specific actions do you need to take to make these changes? (Action)
